Returns due to undeliverable address are subject to restocking fees. Re-shipments due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address are subject to re-ship fees.

Average transit time varies by country but most customers receive their orders within 7 – 21 days.
Some countries may take longer. Destination country's Customs inspection & procedures may add to the transit time.
Tracking availability varies by country and may be very limited after the shipment leaves the U.S.
Shipments may be subject to inspection and additional fees such as Duty, Tax and other government charges that are not within our control. These fees are due to the destination country's government and are the responsibility of the buyer. Questions regarding these charges should be directed to the destination country's Customs Agency.
We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement.  All returns require authorization before shipping the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and  returns should be package securely.
To start the return process:
The easiest way to start a return is through the eBay Order Detail page. After picking the applicable return reason you'll be able to print a return label. You can also contact us directly for a Return Authorization and instructions.
For non-defect returns, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. This fee is usually to recover our original shipping expenses or other expenses related to the transaction. Shipping fees, if any, paid by the buyer are not refundable. Refunds are processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive the return.
All returns are inspected upon arrival to verify defects, damage and confirm all pieces are included. Non-defect returns must be unused and in "resale" condition with all original packaging intact with all parts and accessories. An additional deduction may be taken to replace missing pieces or  for repackage or the refund may be denied if the returned item is used(shows signs of installation), missing too many or key components or otherwise misrepresented.
