Description
Nishiki Maxima Road Bike Made in Italy. Rumor has it that these were built by Colnago. I recently spoke with a local master custom builder at his shop Oasis Custom Cycles who said when they got their shipments in they were always blue and never any red. He states they came from Guerciotti. However it all came together this bike is a Stallion 63 cm, Campagnolo bottom bracket, Campy dropouts, Nishiki stamped into the fork crown, Campagnolo front derailleur, Campy low flange laced to Rigida rims (perfectly true and round), brakes are near mint Gran Comp Aero levers, Unicanitor Brevatta saddle in near mint condition atop a SR Laprade seat post, included are Campagnolo Brev Inter brakes in incredible condition, there was a near mint SunTour Superbe Pro rear derailleur that I took off as it seemed out of place (give me a little slack it looks fantastic on one of my bikes). If you need more pics or history let me know. So what are you going to do? Let the unicorn go to someone? Wait 5 years for another one to surface? Bid on it even though it’s too big for you to ride? Or not sleep until you win the auction? However it goes I hope the winner is tall or let’s his tall friends ride it. I ride to live. Best of luck to all bidders and thanks for taking a look.Dimensions:
