    Description

Listed here are Four(4) used Vintage 60s/70's Scheeren "Weltmeister" 700c Tubular rims 20,24,28 hole.
Apx, 225 grams each. One 20hole, two 24 hole, one 28 hole. If you know what these are, you know that they can be polished up to an incredible shine. I polished only a small portion, so you can have most of the fun.  As reasonable round and true when removed from the hubs, as when they were manufactured, ready for you to restore that old school bike. Showing wear on the brake surface, and several flaws from use and storage. See jpeg of the significant dent in brake track on the 28 hole rim. Also note the zipptye  on one of the 24 hole rims.  That had the nipple pull through while I was riding. A handy rig, would be epoxy resin into the wood, and a very thin steel washer when wheel is assembled. We, suggest that these are for show bicycles, and be ridden with caution on the 4th of July parade. There is an Ebay listed that sells reproduction decals. And there is an Ebay lister that has brand new Scheeren rims listed. So, if you need better than these, go check out the new ones listed in California. We raced these on the road, including crits in the 70s, as well as on the track. They held up very well, for how light they are.    .
